Following a $10 million fundraise, the international surgical leader expands its executive team to accelerate adoption and meet surging demand from global employers and members.

New York, NY – [July 15, 2025] World Class Health, a global surgical Center of Excellence Network that supports international companies across the U.S. and worldwide, and the company redefining Centers of Excellence for the modern workforce, today announced the addition of two healthcare industry veterans to its executive team: Kristen Barlow as Chief Network Officer and Dan Botwinick as Chief Marketing Officer.

The appointments mark a major milestone in the company’s growth and follows a $10 million funding round closed in April 2025 to fuel expansion, product innovation, and employer adoption of its unique approach for multinational companies model - a global solution designed to improve access, quality, and cost in surgical care through U.S. and global top-tier provider networks.

“Dan and Kristen bring unmatched expertise in building trusted brands and high-performing clinical networks in the employer healthcare space respectively,” said Siddharth Nambiar, Co-Founder and CEO of World Class Health. “They share our vision for making world-class care more accessible, more tailored, and more affordable —and their leadership will be instrumental as we continue to scale.”

Kristen Barlow joins as Chief Network Officer, overseeing clinical network strategy. Most recently, she served as SVP of Contracting & Risk Strategy at Carrum Health and previously held leadership roles at The Advisory Board Company. Barlow brings a track record of building robust, high-performing networks.

“I’m thrilled to join World Class Health to help build a network that meets the needs of the modern workforce,” said Barlow. “I’m particularly passionate about creating value for clients and members through a global network of COEs paired with World Class Health’s medically led, data-driven care delivery model.”

As Chief Marketing Officer, Dan Botwinick will lead brand, demand, and go-to-market strategy across employer, member, and provider audiences. Botwinick brings deep experience from his leadership roles at Turquoise Health and Carrum Health, where he helped shape the healthcare transparency and the value-based care landscape.

“As employers seek more flexible, outcome-driven alternatives to the status quo of traditional plans, we’re focused on delivering a model that meets employees where they are,” said Nambiar. “This leadership expansion enables us to scale while elevating quality at destinations valued by globally mobile talent.”

This leadership expansion comes as World Class Health gains momentum with large employers and benefits consultants looking for a modernized approach to Centers of Excellence, one that accounts for the diversity, mobility, and the evolving need for today’s workforce.
